Sarah Livesey

Reiki Certification
for Health & Hospice Caregivers
Free to accepted participants
August 8 & 9, 2026
Sarah Livesey died at Regional Hospice in 2019. She was a vibrant, heart-centered person who lived a full life. Throughout her experience with cancer, she wished that alternative and supplemental healing modalities were available to more people going through illness. Hear Sarah's story here. Through a fund established in her name, health and hospice caregivers may receive a full scholarship for Reiki I and II training. Reiki is a Japanese healing art which facilitates stress reduction, relaxation, and physical and spiritual healing.
This program is free to accepted participants and limited to 10 people.
In the training, caregivers will explore the nature of energy and how to use this ancient practice in their healing work as well as for self-care.
Interested caregivers must submit a simple application and a $50 refundable application fee (refundable upon completion of two day training).
Please email interest to Cathy Prins at cathy@cathyprins.com.
